RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • RETURNS

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • RETURN CONDITIONS

For your return to be accepted, all items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unaltered and in original condition
  • Have all tags still attached, with all accessories and packaging included in the parcel
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

 

  • RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at services@sensebymei.com.  If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Return shipping and any reverse duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or supply these.

 

SENSEBYMEI cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel. Please include your name, address, order number and return number in the parcel to prevent delays in the processing or your return.

 

  • EXCHANGES

We offer one exchange for eligible unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 15 days of the original received date, in accordance with our return policy.

 

If you would prefer to exchange your item, you can request this when making your return. To do so, please contact us at services@sensebymei.com. If the size, style or colour is not available at the time of fulfilment, we will process a refund and/or store credit in accordance with our return policy.

 

  • FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received an item you believe to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at services@sensebymei.com

with 3 - 4 images along with your order number and we will contact you with next steps.

 

  • REFUNDS

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at services@sensebymei.com.
